Innovation Leadership of Local Administrative Organization Administrators of Phachi District Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the components of the innovative leadership characteristics of the local administrative organizations
in Phachi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2. To study the relationship between the practice of the Brahma-Dharma principles of the local administrative organizations. And innovative leadership of local administrative organizations
in Amphoe Pha 3. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 3. To study the guidelines for the development of innovative leadership of the local government organization administrators. The research model is a merged method, consisting of (1) in - depth interviews with 15 key informants By using the sample group of civil servants, employees and employees of the local government organization in Phachi District, number 136, from the population 207 people. The tools used for data collection are questionnaires. All data are analyzed and processed using statistical software. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and statistics, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.

 

The results of the research were as follows:

1. The innovative leadership of local organization administrators in Phachi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province was at the high level in every aspect; Skills ( = 4.04, SD = 0.60), Personality ( = 4.00, SD = 0.60), Social characteristics
 (  = 4.17, SD = 0.60), and Role and Duty (  = 4.02, SD = 0.60).

2. There was positive relationship between the practice of the Brahma-Dharma principles of the local organization administrators and every aspect
of  innovative leadership of the local organization administrators in Phachi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province; skills at a high level (r = 0. 822**), personality at the high level (r = 0.833**), social characteristics at high level (r = 0.781**), and role and suty at the high level (r = 0 .758**). There was also positive relationship between practice of the Brahmaisma Dharma and the innovative leadership of the local organization administrators,at a high level (r = 0.867**)

3. The guidelines for the development of innovative leadership of the local organization administrators are as follows: 1) Administrators should develop self-management skills to become professional managers by learning, additional training. 2) Administrators should create an organizational culture that every personnel can express their enthusiasm to develop local organizations in order to meet the needs of the people. 3) Administrators should practice according to the principle of Brahmaism, because the research found that there was a positive relationship with innovative leadership. Thus, above practices will be benefit to administrators for remarkable innovative leadership of local administrative organizations.
